A three-year letterwinner, Regan did not compete in Nebraska's top five at the 1997 NCAA West Regional.

Junior (1995-96)
Regan competed in Nebraska's lineup in 11 of 12 events on the season and played in 34 rounds during the season. She closed the season with an 82.68 stroke average, which ranked fifth on the team.

She matched her season-best 77 in the final round of the Utah-Dixie Classic to finish in a tie for 50th.

Regan closed the season by helping the Huskers tie for third at the Big Eight Championships with a 32nd-place individual finish (261). She competed in her second straight NCAA West Regional and finished with a three-round total of 261 to close in 97th place.
